Description: "THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The Contractor shall supply all materials, labor, supervision and equipment to install culvert-riser water control structures (WCS) and bulkheads in accordance with these specifications and as located at the job sites. Contractor shall verify the job site conditions prior to bidding. Contractor will coordinate with the Site Representative for accessibility, delivery, storage and construction activities.
