- The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to search for qualified vendors capable of meeting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requirement for Improving Inpatient Glucose Control through Integrated Systems of Care. The scope of this effort is to provide for the Improvement of Inpatient Glucose Control through Integrated Systems of Care in support of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Innovations program. The Glycemic Monitoring Window (GMW) Software that aggregates real-time, patient data into a single display viewed at the point of care has already been developed. The aim of this project is to refine the GMW and broaden the approach so that it can be used throughout the VA as well as develop a GMW that is poised for class III to class I conversion as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)to be posted under VA118-10-RI-0288_1. This is a request for information only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The NAICS code for this effort is 541512. The period of performance is expected to be 12 months from date of award.
