- This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number SP4703-10-R-0006 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Partial proposals will not be accepted. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621. The small business size standard is $12.5 Million. Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to install license plate recognition system at the east and north gates, Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, Virginia 23297. Requirement must be completed by not later than 30 days after receive of the order (award date). Refer to the Specifications for details of the requirement.
