Description: RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A firm fixed priced task order has been issued to Tectonics, 1500 Park Ave., Emeryville, CA 94608 for construction phase engineering services for the project to repair exterior finishes of the west annex building and service building at the Western Regional Research Center in Albany, CA. This task order was awarded against an existing indefinite quantity contract for A-E Services. The contract was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architectural and Engineering (A-E) services. The selection of Tectonics was based upon criteria which included the following: overall technical expertise, specialized technical knowledge, specialized knowledge of the location where the work will be performed, and an internal analysis of costs.
