Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote number WC1JXD0082N010. (iii) The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-018 (July 5, 2007) (iv) The acquisition is for full and open competition. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 423620. (v) This combined synopsis solicitation contain (4) contract Line Items, quantities and units of measure: CLIN 0001 30 RangesQuantity of issue 50Unit - Each CLIN 0002 Range CordsQuantity of issue 60Unit Each CLIN 0003 RefrigeratorsQuantity of issue 50Unit Each CLIN 0004Washers Quantity of issue 69Unit - Each (vi). Please see attachment for detailed description of each line item. Please include and quote the shipping cost as a part of the per item cost. Quotes will only be accepted in this format. (vii) Delivery and acceptance is F.O.B. Destination at Building 700, Fort Richardson, AK 99505. (viii) The following provisions in their latest editions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial. (ix) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Delivery to Fort Richardson 30 Days after Receipt of an Order, Technical Capability; Past Performance; and Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance when combined is more important than Price. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, with their quotes. Offeror shall complete only paragraph (k) of this provision (if applicable) and the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (j) of this provision. A copy of the Offerors Representations and Certifications may be obtained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. (xi) The following provision applies, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items. (xii) The following provision applies, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders. Award can only be made to contractors registered in Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov).
