- JA Army Community Housing This J&A is for a contract modification that will provide essential repair and maintenance services for the period of performance of 1 April 2010 through 30 September 2010 for the Army Community Housing located in Evans Mills, New York. The current Contractor performs Project Management, standard change of occupancy maintenance, non-standard change of occupancy maintenance, standard and non-standard preventive maintenance, and service calls in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Effective 30 September 2010, the lease on this property will expire and the property will then revert to the Owner. There will be no further requirement for these services.
