- This project is being conducted in accordance with American Reinvestment and Recovery Act project (ARRA) requirements. Any resulting contract would be subject to the Recovery Act reporting requirements outlined in FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) 52.204-11. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center intends to award 3 firm fixed price delivery order against requirements type contract HSCG40-06-D-20017 with Technical Marine Services for the boiler system upgrade resulting from stimulus funds appropriated for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Each deliery order will be for 1 installation, for a total of 3 installations on 378' USCG Cutters. Installations to be completed within 30 days after scheduling.
