- Description
- Solicitation SPM4A7-10-R-0984 PR# IQC10092009020 for NSN 1560-01-205-1257 (F-16 Aircraft, 26F: Duct Assembly, Air). This solicitation will be solicited for an award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. Item Description is in accordance with P/N 16Y177-5, I/A/W Drawing NR 81755 16Y177, Amend NR P, Type Number 16Y177-5. Solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside, full and open competition. Item is Configuration Control, Export Control, and Critical Application. There is a Government First Article Test required. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 27 each. Guaranteed minimum is 9 each, base year only. Maximum Annual contract quantity is 51 each. Delivery order quantity will be 9 each minimum to 27 each maximum. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection/ /Acceptance: Origin; higher level inspection requirements apply. Delivery with First Article Testing is 360 DARO. A technical data package is available at DSCR Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 27 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about April 28, 2010.
