- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items provided in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation W912LN-10-T-0005 is issued as a Request for Quote and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-39. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code and small business size standard for this procurement are 721214 and 7.0 million dollars respectively. The vendor must state in their quotation their business size for this procurement. USPFO for Vermont, VT-PFO-PC, has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for a vendor to provide an instate, week-long overnight youth camp for approximately 150 children, ages 7-15 yrs, during the period 26 June 3 July 2010.
