- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is AG-9202- S-10-0396. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. The associated NAICS code is 444190 and the small business size standard is $7.0M. Line Item 0001, Treated Timbers, Size: 4”x4”x12’, Quantity 375 ea The Los Padres National Forest has a requirement for 375 treated timbers to reconstruct retaining walls on the Red Reef Trail in the Sespe Wilderness. Timbers must cut to 6ft lengths for a total quantity of 750. Delivery date is 1 Jul 2010. Delivery address is Los Padres National Forest, 6755 Hollister Ave, Ste 150, Goleta, CA 93117.
