- Description
- The National Institutes of Health intends to award a five-month contract to Management Advisory Group, Inc. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for professional services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This is a notice of intent to award at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda campus. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a small disadvantaged business set-aside procurement. The solicitation number is NIHOF2010268. The contractor shall provide one senior level Contract Specialists with expert knowledge and skills to independently perform federal contracting (CLIN 0001, Sr Contract Specialist - NAICS 541611). Acquisition support contractor personnel shall utilize Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) procedures to identify, solicit and evaluate sources for the performance of Architect and Engineering and Construction Contracting for design and building of facilities and facilities support services to support the overall mission of the NIH. Contractor personnel are also required to perform contract administration duties for awarded contracts through the closeout phase. Applicable clauses 52.212 1, "Instructions to Offerors Commercial Item", 52.212 3 "Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items", 52.212 4 "Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items" and 52.212 5 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items not be accepted. No proposals are being requested at this time.
