- Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA intends to acquire the services of Philadelphia Gear Corp, King of Prussia, PA through sole source negotiations. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment and personel to visiually inspect and analyze the reduction gears on both PGG and PCG type vessels, to follow with data gathering and reports. There is proprietary data involved and therefore this subject requirement is being negotiated with the OEM, Philadelphia Gear Corporation. This procurement is Firm Fixed-Priced and the Purchase Order shall be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SEE NOTE 22
