- Market Research Questionnaire THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Life Connections Program Facilitator Services to be provided for inmates incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Complex (Petersburg) located at Hopewell, Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 624190 (Size Standard: $7.0 million). The projected requirement is for the provision of Life Connections Program Facilitator services to be provided on site for the inmate population in the Religious Services Department at the Federal Correctional Complex located at Petersburg, Virginia. Some of the duties will include coordinating program components, facilitating workshops and seminars, developing lesson plans for the LCP curriculum, present and lead faith specific study groups and facilitate volunteer and mentor programs from a broad spectrum of religious faith communities to meet program needs. The Facilitator will normally provide 26 - 30 sessions per week (a session being equal to one hour in duration). Work hours will normally be scheduled between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 9:00 P.M., Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Daily schedules may vary and will require some evenings, contingent upon the needs of the institution. Proof of qualification will be required when responding to a solicitation. Market research is being conducted at this time for the purpose of determining interest and capability of potential sources currently available for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Survey Questionnaire will be available on or about April 15, 2010 and will be distributed solely through General Service Administration=s Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the market survey is May 7, 2010. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone request or written requests for the market survey will be accepted.
