Description
Janitorial Service Contract at the Air Traffic Control Tower, Savannah, Georgia The FAA anticipates award of a contract.Issue date for solicitation: April 15, 2010Due date for offers: May 6, 2010 at 4:00 pm. Estimated start date for performance: June 1, 2010 This acquisition is 100% set-aside 8(a) for small businesses within a 100-mile radius. Site Visit should be scheduled through Mike R. wargo at (404)305-5792 The NAICS codes for the acquisition are 561720, Janitorial Service. To be considered by award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: ww.ccr.gov). The solicitation package and all attachments can be found on the FAA Opportunities website at https://faaco.faa.gov/index.cfm. Wargo at mike.wargo@faa.gov This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
