Description
NSN(s): 6116-01-369-7679 Item Description: Fuel Cell, Electrical Manufacturer’s Code and Part Number: 21070 P/N C06689-B3M Quantity (including option quantity) 3153 Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: Destination Delivery Schedule: 40 This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures apply. The proposed procurement is for one basic contract year with the option to extend the contract period one of more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for the supplies covered under this contract. This is an UNRESTRICTED acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data, therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) 1. Copies of the solicitation will be available 15 days after this notice is published in the FEDBIZOPPS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years.
