- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska intends to award an 8(a) sole source purchase order to Copper River Information Technology for the purchase of Tandberg Video Conferencing System under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). The anticipated award date is 16 Apr 10. The closing date for this Synopsis is 15 Apr 10 at 2:00 PM Alaska Standard Time.
