- SF-1449 Request For Quote The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply, delivery FOB Destination, and installation of a utility/service body for each of eight new 2010, 4x4 pickups. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, Room 5F, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or faxed to (520) 388-8332 by 4:30PM, April 30, 2010. NOTE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-24. 5. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811121 and the size standard is 500 employees. Submit a detailed equipment list/specification with price quote for supply, delivery, and installation of the following utility/service body packages. All deliveries of supplies and services for inspection and acceptance by the Government must be FOB Destination to Coronado National Forest, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or to a site within a 20-mile radius of that address. A quote may be submitted for one, any, or all of the contract line item numbers (CLINs). The Government anticipates multiple awards, but reserves the right to award all the CLINs to one vendor; to award a lesser quantity than the total number of CLINs listed; or to award none of the CLINs if it is in the best interests of the Government. Desired delivery date for completed installations: June 4, 2010. All applicable taxes, if any, shall be included in the quoted price. Quotes must include a completed copy of [FAR] 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items. 11. [FAR] 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: Price, technical conformity to specifications, and ability to meet delivery date.
