Description
Recovery - Synopsis: Recovery - This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government post this notice that award was made under Contract DE-AC-5206NA25946 in the amount of $95,974.40 to Innovative Waste Solutions. This contract action was accomplished through competition and Set Aside for Small Business. Summary of Project Scope: Provide a candidate for Environmental Managements Training Support will be responsible for ensuring project training requirements are in accordance with DOE Order 5480.20A. Candidate will help develop and implement departmental training and tracking data base. The following skills and deliverable will be required. • A minimum of 5 years experience in the Training Field within the DOE complex. • Must have demonstrated knowledge of DOE O 5480.20A, "Personnel Selection, Qualification, and Training Requirements for DOE Nuclear Services" • Demonstrated course and /or Qualification development experience. • Must have at least 8 years experience in related work and experience in U.S. Department of Energy environment is desirable • Proficient in oral and written communications, with experience and advanced computer skills with software applications such as MS Office (Work, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. • Work may be at various locations Specific Deliverables: • Assist in managing training and tracking of needs of individuals which have specific qualification programs for compliance • Establishing an automated List of Qualified Individuals (LOQI) for all of Environmental Management • Scheduling all training for 200 personnel • Develop qualification documents, as needed • Delivering training briefings • Tracking Monthly safety training • Consolidating training Qualifications per Project
