- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference solicitation number W911RZ-10-T-0102. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. Fort Carson intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for Visual Display System w/digital control unit. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Firms. The Contractor shall propose the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS): Note: If the contractor is quoting items other than the brand name and model requested; the contractor shall provide the manufacturers name, model number and detailed specifications of the item in their quote. CLIN 0001: Base X 40X54 Display screen with projector and w/digital control unit. Qty: 1 EA to be delivered to: Fort Carson Shipping and Receiving, Chiles Street, Building 330, Fort Carson, Colorado 80913. The contractor shall propose a delivery date upon receipt of order.
