- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting for quotes to provide grass mowing and trimming services at Blackhawk Park, DeSoto WI. The solicitation number W912ES-10-T-0038 is issued as a small business set-aside. Quotes must be for one base year and four option years. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The requirement calls for grass mowing and trimming and complete a fall cleanup. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, fuel, supplies and materials necessary to complete this work. The season period of performance for 2010 is 15 April through 30 November. The season period of performance for 2011 through 2014 is 1 April through 30 November. The resulting contractor will provide services in accordance with the requirements of the Scope of Work. Award will be made to the offeror with the ability to fulfill the aggregate of the requirements. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The anticipated contract start date is 15 April 2010. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns and the size standard is $7M dollars. The associated NAICS code is 561730. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
