- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the following Rack Mount work stations manufactured by Dell Marketing, LP, One Dell Way, TX 78682-0001. Although this is a Sole Source requirement, Authorized Resellers are encouraged to provide quotations. Note: Those not authorized by Dell as Resellers will be rejected. Offerors will be required to provide proof of their reseller status with their quote if not listed in the current Dell "LOS Holder" file. Any not listed who have not provided proof with their response to this Synopsis will be rejected. This is a Sole Source requirement and no substitutes to the Dell workstations identified below will be considered, any deviations will be rejected.
