- Description
- Request for proposal (RFP) for the operation of the Outreach/Admissions (OA) and Career Transition Services (CTS) program for the states of Colorado and Wyoming will be available approximately May 3, 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website: http//www.fbo.gov. The Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) for this contract is Ms. Deloris Kenerson. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus incentive fee. This contract will have a 2 year base period of December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2012 plus three governmental renewal options of one year each. The contract will be responsible for 1286 arrivals, 772 graduates and 386 former enrollees. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:30 am on May 11, 2010 in downtown Dallas, location to be determined by posting of the RFP. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 12:00 noon local time Monday, June 21, 2010 to the Dallas Regional Office of OASAM. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
