- Single award contract for the period May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011, for the Department of Education. Anticipate approximately 40 orders per year, for approximately 225 to 5,100 copies per order, with approximately 8 to 104 pages per order. Trim sizes 3-1/2 x 5-1/4" up to and including 6-1/2 x 9-1/2 " (including album style) and over 6-1/2 x 9-1/2" up to and including 9 x 14" (including album style). Text prints in one to four colors or four color process. Covers 1 and 4 print in one to four colors or four color process. Covers 2 and 3 print in one to three colors or may be blank. Covers 1 and 4 varnish or aqueous coat. Operations include electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing and distribution. Quality level II. Bid opening April 30, 2010.
