- Wage Rates SF-1449 Statement of Work SYNOPSIS: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Ray Brook plans for the installation of, to include but not limited to, provide and install a 3 stage 94.0 MBH air conditioning system in our server building with all wires and duct work. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the complete construction of the work located at the Federal Correctional Institution, Ray Brook, New York. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000.00 and $25,000.00. The solicitation will available on or about April 15, 2010 with an anticipated bid opening date of approximately April 28, 2010. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website http//www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including any amendments will also be distributed soley through this site. Faith Based and Community Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The performance period is 60 calendar days from notice to proceed. The NAICS is 238220, $14 million size standard.
