- Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) The 88th Contracting Squadron, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio, anticipates issuing a competitive solicitation FA8601-10-R-0047 for a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable contract with one base year and four one-year option periods for custodial services for Area C at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio on or around 9 June 2010. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, Area C, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The potential acquisition of services is 100% set-aside for HubZone. In order to qualify for the program, an offeror must be a certified HubZone prior to the closing date of the solicitation. The solicitation and all related documents will be available at http://www.fbo.gov. All interested offerors must download documents from this website. No hard copies will be available. All interested offerors are requested to electronically register in order to receive e-mail notification of updates to this solicitation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall be posted on FedBizOpps at http://www.fbs.gov along with the solicitation once posted. PLEASE NOTE: Nothing in this pre-solicitation announcement shall qualify the actual RFP. The actual RFP will contain current information regarding competition, set-aside, source selection technique, evaluation factors, etc. Any change to the actual RFP will be by amendment.
