- Description
- AMERICAN RECOVERY & REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA-2009) Inventory of Comparative Effectiveness Research The Government intends to solicit and award a Task Order Contract to acquire services for the Office of the Secretary (OS)/Office of Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE). The purpose of this Task Order is aimed at designing and implementing a sustainable fully automated system for the categorization and cataloguing of CER activities, through a web-based “tool” for inventorying Federal and non-Federal CER activity. This tool will enable “real-time” assessment of the breadth and depth of CER initiatives and further highlight gaps that need to be addressed. In addition to designing and implementing the web-based tool, this project also includes conducting an inventory and categorization of current CER activity, building a model for automation of updating the inventory, and outlining possible business models to ensure sustainability. The resulting inventory system will be usable by all interested in CER, including patients, providers, researchers and policymakers. This notice is for informational purposes as required by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA-2009). No solicitation will be posted and capability statements are NOT being requested. Award of this Task Order will be through the DHHS Program Support Center Task Order Contracts. No additional information is available. The Period of Perfroamnce is anticipated at 27 Months and a Firm Fixed Price Task Order is anticipated.
