- trade in 4 trade in 3 trade in 2 Trade in 1 SF 18 The US Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service in Prosser WA has a requirement for a new or used semi truck trailer. The trailer must be DOT compliant for highway use, furnished with wiring and hitch compatible with a semi truck, 40 to 45ft long and have a load capacity for between 30 and 40 tons. The USDA intends on trading in a used 20ft trailer photos attached. A site inspection will be held 4-22-2010 10am with Bill Wilson call if you plan on attending 509-786-9270.
