- RECOVERY Stabilize Nuttall Mine Structures NERI-152607A TAS::14 1041::TAS This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the contractor under the National Park Service Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) BPA No. 1443B2000080600 for Construction Management Services. The work to be performed under the call order against the BPA consists of providing on-site construction inspection and administration, office services and site visits. This call order modification is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). In accordance with contract clause 52.204-11 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act - Reporting Requirements, the contractor is required to register in FederalReporting.gov and report certain information as required by the clause. Reports shall be submitted during the first 10 days after the end of each quarter.
