- NSN 2915-01-566-6711, Spray Bar. Critical Safety Item "EXCEPTION TO QAP 015666708-09231: ALL REFERENCES TO FIRST ARTICLE REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE CHANGED TO PRODUCTION LOT TESTING REQUIREMENTS. FIRST ARTICLE IS WAIVED IN LEIU OF PRODUCTION LOT TESTING TO BE WITNESSED AND ACCEPTED BY DCMA QAR AT MANUFACTURER'S PLANT. PLT SAMPLE SIZE SHALL BE TWO (2) EACH. EXCEPTION TO CDRL: SEND ONLY TO DSCR CONTRACTING OFFICER CITED IN BLOCK 6 OF CONTRACT Solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. This solicitation is Unrestricted. The solicitation issue date is 05/04/10 and the closing date is 06/04/10. This is a Critical Safety Item.
