Description

This is a sole source requirement for the replacement of 2 each motors; P/N: H304496-2; Noun: * Gear Head Motor; applic: MC 130H Combat Talon II Aircraft. This requirement is for Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) of 2 each for the basic and 2 each for each of the four out year option periods. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery for basic period: 2 each 30 days ARO Funded Order or Reparable Assets, Whichever is Later. Delivery for each out year option period: To Be Negotiated. A firm fixed price contract will be issued to: Cage Code: 58163, Meggitt Airdynamics, 2616 Research Drive, Corona, CA 92882-6978. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Or rights are not owned by the Government or, where owned, cannot be made available to other sources. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply.
