Description

This notice updates the prospectus issued by the National Park Service on February 9, 2010 for CC-GRTE003-11. Proposal Instructions, Page 3, 6c For Principal Selection Factor 5 replace the point range of (0-5) with (0-4). Proposal Package, Part A, Principal Selection Factor 2 Replace the following text:"The Offeror agrees to accept the 'Repair and Maintenance Reserve' of two and eight tenths of a percent (2.8%) of annual gross receipts, as described in the Draft Contract as it now exists, including the administrative responsibilities associated with the funds." With this new text:"The Offeror agrees to accept the 'Repair and Maintenance Reserve' of three and one half percent (3.5%) of gross receipts for the previous month for years one through five, two percent (2.0%) for years six through fourteen and zero percent (0%) for year fifteen."
