Description

The Contracting Office of the Chugach National Forest in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking qualified sources that can provide two (2) multi functional utility trailers for the purpose of hauling ATV’s/snow machines/building materials/ tool & equipment. Trailers would haul concrete, lumber, other trail equipment Sources having the expertise and required capabilities to provide this equipment can submit their capabilities to this office within 8 calendar days from the date of this notice. This will be a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 423110 and small business size standard of $7 Milliion. Salient Characteristics: -14 foot trailer with welded steel frame, -30” V-nose, -Pressure treated deck material, -Double axel, -Tire size, 205/75/15, -3500 #idler, -3500# electric brakes, -Loading ramps with storage under the deck to be used either on rear or sides of trailer, -Drive off flip down V-nose slush guard, -2”x4” stake pockets inside the rails, -3/8” D-ring tie downs down the center of deck flush with deck when not in use, -Suspension, multiple leaf springs, -2” coupler -Safety chains, -DOT approved lighting, -Heavy duty weld on tilt jack, -Spare tire mounted on splash guard, -GVW 7000# payload.
