- Expressions of Interest Sought Requirement: The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 4025 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3500 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for one (1) year. The space must be available for occupancy as-is by August 30, 2010. The delineated area is the City Limits of Las Cruces, NM. Other applicable requirements include: •· No Federal, State, local government or private firms involved with criminal elements, immigration, or social services can be located in the building; •· Building entrance cannot be within 1,000 feet of any school, church, daycare center, clinics, night clubs, bars, power plants, electric transformers, or any other like facility; •· Building cannot be located near an airport, radar dish, or in a flight path; •· Building cannot have public parking beneath or within the facility; •· Building cannot be in a flood plain or high crime area; •· Building cannot have public or metered parking in-front, behind, or next to the building; •· Daytime cleaning is required; •· Outside roof space for a 22 foot tall antennae may be required. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes any amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. •· Date of space availability. •· Method of rentable space measurement. •· Building ownership information. •· Amount of parking available onsite and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). •· Energy efficient and renewable energy features existing within the building. •· List of building services provided. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA)
