Description

RFQ W911S6-10-T-0013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of twenty-five (25) each miniRAE model 3000 series – PGM-7320, photoionization detectors, UL Version, rechargeable Li-ion battery, adapter, wireless Bluetooth and accessories, p/n: 059-b111-300: twenty-five (25) each miniRAE RAELink3 Wireless modem with GPS (Global Positioning System), p/n: 029-0505-000: one (1) each PRORAE Remote GPS Module, p/n: 029-9004-000: and one (1) each Rugged Host Kit, p/n: GV1-S4-1-000. NOTE: The unit price for p/n: 059-B111-300 shall include any trade-in value from exchanging the MINIRAE 2000 to the MINIRAE 3000. This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with RAE Systems, Inc., 3775 North First Street, San Jose, CA, 95134. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), supplies, services and / or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and /.or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the government’s requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers on RFQ W911S6-10-T-0013. All firms responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 334519 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
