- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0405 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39, DCN 20100408, and AFAC 2010-0402. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100 % Small Business set-aside, under NAICS 333210, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. (v) CLIN 1: One (1) ea. Computer-controlled upcut saw. See below list of required characteristics. CLIN 2: Installation. (vi) Quoted unit price to include all applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges. (vii) Delivery to be FOB Destination, Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson AZ 85707, within 30 days ARO. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on meeting required characteristics and price.
