- RFQ SOW COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M3E30102A001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39, Effective 19 April 2010. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 423210 with a 500 employee size standard. (v) Contractors shall submit a quote for Clin 0001 Remove existing auditorium seats in BLDG 247. Furnish and Install Auditorium Seats Brand: Chrome Craft, Style: Management Seat and Black (fabric), Jury Base, (not free standing) as per attached SOW, QTY 1 JB. Clin 0002 Remove existing Carpet Tiles/ cove base. Furnish and install new carpet tile Brand: Lees, Pattern: Artisone III, Color: #137 Klee Navy/ Cove Base Brand: Johnsonite, Color: #40 Black as per attached SOW, QTY 1 JB. Description of requirement is provided in statement of work all measurements are an approximation contractor responsible for ordering the proper amount of carpet tile and cove base to complete project. A site visit will be conducted on 29 April 2010 at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time. All contractors shall meet at the VCC on Dorchester Road Main Gate, Charleston AFB 15 minutes prior to the start time of the site visit to allow time to sign in. Site visit is not mandatory but highly recommended. Contact, Brandi Shellhammer, at 843-963-5165, NLT 28 April 2010 with the names of all who plan to attend. You must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and current vehicle registration to get on base. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. (vi) F1M3E30102A001 Removal-Furnish/Installation Auditorium Chairs, Removal- Furnish/Install Carpet Tile/ Cove Base on Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina. (See attached statement of work, Note that Carpet tile is a Brand Name requirement). The Government will evaluate the total price of the offer for the award purposes.
