- Description
- Contractor to supply all janitorial supplies to include brown towels, toilet tissue, bottled soap, and hand cleaner on an as needed basis to Anniston Army Depot. Contractor must furnish supplies that fit dispensers currently on hand or provide replacement dispensers at no cost to the government. If replacement dispensers are furnished approximately 1950 dispensers will be replaced within one month of the contract effective date. Contractor will also provide new dispensers for existing dispensers that are unservivceable. The contract will cover a base year and four one year option years. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System Code is 423850, size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 03 May 2010. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
