Attachment H-Questionnaire Attachment G-Subcontractor Equipment Form Attachment F- Submittal Requirements Attachment E-Drawings Attachment D- Scope of Work Attachment C- Schedule of Items RFP Documents RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Summary of Scope of Work: Construction project includes restoration of the historic Black Locust Allee, installation of a stabilized aggregate road system, cobble gutter, miscellaneous pavements, earthwork storm drainage, landscape plantings, and irrigation. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located in Pennsylvania, Pike County. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Set-Aside: Unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Project. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, and DRAWINGS: The solicitation is available for downloading at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/ Solicitation# AG-4419-S-10-0498 is cancelled and replaced with Solicitation#AG-4419-S-10-0690.
