Description: This is a modification to the original combined synopsis/solicitation notice issued on 20 April 2010 to delete Factor 1-Technical Capability set forth under FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation Criteria in that the requirement is for new material for brand name motorola parts only. No substitutions are authorized. As a result, only two evaluations will be conducted which is Past Peformance and Price. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror.
