Provide a proposal for all materials, labor and equipment on renovations for the quarters #3 housing at Homestead National Monument of America on the following five (5) items::1. Replace nine (9) windows2. Replace storm door3. Remove/replace shingles4. Repair chimney crown5. Install laminate flooring This project is solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Progrm Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656 and is set-aside for an emerging small business. NAICS code is 238350. Small business size standard is $14.0 M. The solicitation, N6480100388, along with attachments and any amendments are issued electronically and can be downloaded at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 5/10/2010. No hard copies will be issued. A site visit date and time will be announced in the solicitation.
