- SF 1449 Solicitation Document, Work Items, Price Data Sheet, and Subcontractor Identification Sheet This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested in response to this solicitation. The solicitation number is N40443-10-T-0150, and it is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. NAICS 336611 applies with small business size standard 1,000 employees. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. MSFSC SSU SD intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to provide labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials and services to accomplish the following work items, provided in Attachment (1) Work Item Package, during the ship’s availability period 29 April 2010 through 16 May 2010: 601Bow Thruster Preservation (VRR09-061) 602Pump Room Preservation (VRR10-009) 603 Engine Room Preservation (VRR10-010) Category B Items/ Option Items: 605Engine Room Preservation, Overhead (VRR10-010) 606Engine Room Preservation, FWD and AFT (VRR10-010)
