Description

J&A for JSSC This is a notice of the Government's intent to negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and (d)(1)(B), FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). The source is Aaron B. Floyd Enterprises, Inc., 1901 N. Beauregard Street, Suite 380, Alexandria, VA 22311-1705, Business Size: Large. The requirement is for follow-on support services are to assure critical and uninterrupted information technology (IT) support to the Joint Staff (JS). The contract support includes: System Administrative support, GCCS Enterprise Management (EM) Service Support, Database Administration Support, GSORTS Application User Support, JOPES Technical Support, Configuration Management (CM) Support, AIS Security Support, Data Communications Installation and Management, JOSC Help Desk Support, Visual Information Systems Support, and GCCS/NCCS Training within JSSC. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
