Description

RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Not Applicable Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has issued a request for quotes for a firm-fixed price contract for lift station/sewer line systems to include equipment with installation in the Outlet and Nemo Parks, Pomme de Terre Lake Project, near Hermitage, Missouri. The NAICS code for this project is 237110 and the size standard is 33.5 mil. This solicitation will be set aside for small business. Vendors will need to go to the AFSI website to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Please note that vendors must currently be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA). Additionally there are some unique reporting requirements relevant to the use of ARRA funds (see FAR 52.204-11 for details). Fax quotes are acceptable.
