- MYSTIQUE COFFEE MUGS Size15 oz.StyleMystique (Color Changing)Proofs 2 (These proofs will determine the mug that will be produced) 1)Proof #1 will reflect the green digital pattern with "The Eagle Globe and Anchor" and the "Iwo Jima Monument" artwork with MARINES.COM will be stationary when the mug is room temperatureThe Phrase "We Don't Accept Applications" will only be visible on the green digital pattern, once HOT liquid is poured into the mug the phrase "Only Commitments" will appear and the phrase We Don't Accept Applications disappears. The Background will also change to desert digital pattern 2)Proof #2 will be the exact same as proof #1, with the exception of the phrases "We Don't Accept Applications & Only Commitments" are to be omitted. 3)Picture #1, Coffee Mug at room temperature, Green Digital pattern, with Eagle Globe & Anchor, MARINES.COM and phrase We Don't Accept Applications. 4)Picture #2, Coffee Mug containing "HOT" liquid, Dessert Digital pattern, Eagle Globe & Anchor, MARINES.COM and phrase Only Commitments. 5)Please See Artwork for all questions PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO VENDORSNOTICE TO OFFERORS 1.Evaluation shall be made based upon the Best Value of overall service to the Government. 2.Ensure section 52.212-3 is completed and sign the solicitation (SF 1449) on block 30a. 3.Both facsimile and electronic solicitations submittals are accepted.
