THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, IT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. In accordance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, Pub,L. 111-5, the Government posts this special notice of intent to obligate funding to an existing contract vehicle, EP-W-08-072 in the amount of $19,385.90 in support of Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) closure activities at the Cheyenne Depot LUST site in located on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation in Lame Deer, Montana. The contractor is Avanti Corporation 5520 Cherokee Ave Ste 200 Alexandria, VA 22312
