Description

RFP's are being accepted for the preventative maintenance of the equipment listed below in accordance with the Scope of Work. Specifications may be requested via email: goll.debbie@jobcorps.org, telephone message at 520-879-9189 or fax 520-879-9134.Proposals must be received in the Purchasing Office not later than 10:00 a.m. MST on May5, 2010. Interested parties are to determine their offer(s) based on the specifications. The Fred G Acosta Job Corps Center (FGAJCC) reserves the right to reject any or all bids,and to waive any or all informalities. ResCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer and operates the FGAJCC under contract with the U. S. Department of Labor, National Office of Job Corps. The Pima Dormitory uses a 4-pipe HVAC system consisting of 103 fan coil units, two Trane Model CHWD060GC chillers, and Evapco Model AT8 56B cooling towers and a Rite Model 105W hot water boiler. The heating and cooling systems are controlled by a DDC control system which also controls the HVAC system(s) in Building 7. The system is approximately 12 years old and is experiencing problems with maintaining adequate space temperatures throughout the building. It is the intent of the Scope of Work for the contractor to perform complete preventative maintenance on all fan coil units and balance both the air and water systems, as per specifications.
