Flyer to be returned via email or fax for interested parties UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Islamorada, FL - 8FL2319B & 8FL2303A The United States Government seeks to lease office space of approximately 10,764 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) to yield 9,360 ABOASF consisting of 2 blocks. Block A is 5,500 ABOASF or approximately 6,325 RSF and Block B is 3,860 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) or approximately 4,439 RSF) in Islamorada, FL area, within the following Delineated Area: Mile Marker 84 to Mile Marker 106 The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years firm term. Contiguous space on one floor is required for each block. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space should not be located near schools, railroad tracks, in an industrial area, etc. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. The overall dimensions of the space shall have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1 in order to provide an efficient layout. Eighteen (18) assigned reserved parking spaces are required for Block A and Ten (10) assigned spaces are required for Block B for a total of 28 assigned parking spaces. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 1, 2011, or earlier, if possible. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
