- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCEThe Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 18, Southern Arizona Veterans Affairs Health Care System AZ intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Carl Zeiss Inc to provide two (2) each 750i/Humphrey Field Analyzer IIi including 4.2 GPA software SITA-SWAP HFA Net Pro table and printer and two (2) each HFA IIi DICOM Gateways. This notice of intent IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing this equipment to the Contracting Officer via e-mail to Daniel.thiel@va.gov Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received not later than 12:00PM Noon Arizona time on 05/03/2010.
