- RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. This opportunity is available only to J.E. Dunn Construction, 1001 Locust, Kansas City, MO 64106. The Federal Service Code is Z111. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 Million. A modification will be awarded for removing previously installed fiberglass insulation on a zone 3 expansion tank and install new closed cell insulation per the A/E scope of work. The total of this ARRA modification is $66,082. The work will be performed at the Richard Bolling Federal Building, 601 E. 12 th Street, Kansas City, MO.
