This solicitation is for fixed price highway transportation service to be provided as per the enclosed statement of work. For evaluation purposes, Line 6 (Fuel) on Form 7468A must include the number of gallons only; The cost per gallon and total cost should be set at ($0.00). (See the fuel management program document). Fuel gallons will be considered when doing our analysis.
